For community driven organizations

Connected

Everything your chapter needs. One place. No more digging through group chats.

Aligned

The right resource. The right member. Right where they are.

Secured

Member data protected. Finances accurate. Leadership focused on what's next.

Lead • Serve • Impact

Every member. In good standing.

The management platform for organizations that run on service.

For community driven organizations

Every member. Every dollar. One system.

Servants First is the management platform built for community driven organizations.

Lead • Serve • Impact

Lead

Every chair gets its tools, its records, and its history.

Serve

Time goes to people, not paperwork.

Impact

The whole organization moves together.

One system

Everything your organization needs, in one place.

Membership

The whole membership lifecycle

One invite link brings people in. Your officers approve them, roles get assigned, and the directory keeps itself current.

Dues

Dues your Treasurer can trust

Who has paid and who hasn't, at a glance. Import a spreadsheet to update everyone at once, or record a payment by hand.

Events

Committees and events

Organization-wide events and committee calendars, with RSVPs that respect a capacity limit. Members reply in one tap.

My Brother's Keeper

Care, carried by the whole body

Members ask for help and others sign up to give it. The Chaplain keeps the prayer list, and Omega Service announcements reach everyone.

Resources

Resources near your members

The resource directory sorts by where a member actually lives, so the closest help shows up first. Documents and certification tracking live here too.

Leadership

An Executive Dashboard

Membership, approvals, events, and finances for the program year, rolled up for the officers who answer for them.

Built for your chairs

Your roles. Not a template's.

Servants First ships with the chairs a real organization has, and your administrator can rename, remove, or add to them so the platform matches your bylaws instead of the other way around. Pick a chair to see what it can reach.

Every officer can do everything a member can, plus what their chair adds. Permissions are enforced on the server, not merely hidden in the app: the Treasurer sees the dues, the Chaplain keeps the prayer list, and a member's financial standing is never visible to other members.

Three locks on every door

Your organization's data belongs to your organization.

Every organization lives in its own isolated space, and three separate layers of enforcement stand between your records and anyone outside them. Members of one organization cannot see, search, or even learn of another organization's existence.

Isolated at the database

Google's infrastructure denies a cross-organization read before our code ever runs. The boundary is in the database rules, not in the app's good manners.

Signed identity, server-checked

Each account carries a signed credential binding it to your organization and role. Users cannot alter it, and every privileged action is checked on the server.

Encrypted everywhere

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on Google Cloud infrastructure, which carries SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications of its own.

Privacy inside your own walls

Sensitive member details are visible only to the chairs you authorize. A member's financial standing is never shown to other members.

Nothing happens quietly

Approvals, role changes, and privilege changes are written to an audit trail. Records are recoverable rather than silently erased.

Built to SOC 2 criteria

Controls are mapped to the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria for a future examination. The attestation itself comes from an independent audit firm, and we will say so plainly until it is in hand.

Your organization, not a template

Members see your name. Not ours.

  • Your name, logo, and colors on every screen
  • Your words, whether your people are Brothers, Sisters, or Members
  • Your officer titles, defined by you and renamed whenever your bylaws change
  • Your own administrator, with full authority inside your organization and nowhere else

Your members sign in to your organization's platform, powered quietly by Servants First.

Live in days, not months

No migration project. No consultants.

  1. Day 1

    Your space is created.

Branded, isolated, with your roles and your administrator ready.

  2. Days 2 to 3

    Your admin tailors it.

Roles, wording, and features shaped to your bylaws.

  3. Week 1

    Members come aboard.

One invite link goes out. Your officers approve, and you are running.

The honest questions

What officers ask us.

Is our data really private?

Yes. Each organization's records live in their own isolated space, and three layers of enforcement keep them there. Nobody outside your organization can reach them, and inside it, members only see what their role allows.

Can we use our own officer titles?

Yes. The roles are yours to define. Start from the set most organizations use, then rename, remove, or add chairs until the platform matches your bylaws. Your wording changes too, so if your people are Brothers, the app says Brothers.

How do members actually join?

Your administrator shares one invite link. A member registers through your branded page and lands in your approval queue, where your Membership Chair approves or denies them. Nobody chooses an organization from a list, because no such list exists.

Our members aren't all young. Will they manage?

If they can read an email, they can use Servants First. Members mostly receive: announcements, events, reminders. The working tools belong to the officers, and those are built to be plainer than the spreadsheets they replace.

Officers change every year. What happens then?

The system remembers so the next chair doesn't have to. Reassign the role and the new officer inherits the tools, the records, and the history on day one.

We've run on spreadsheets for years. Why change?

Because one volunteer is holding it all together, and every year the handover gets harder. Bring the spreadsheets in, and stop being the backup system.

The next step
